In order to be able to deduct certain expenses in your accounting, these expenses must be under your business ID.
Examples of such invoices are:
- YEL invoices
- Phone bills
Therefore, you cannot deduct these expenses from your accounting if they are not under your business ID. You can get the business ID added to the invoice by contacting the sender of the invoice.
In the UKKO Pro service, it is not possible to recognize the share of private use from phone bills. This means that you can only add phone bills to your accounting if you use your phone number only for business matters. For example, you might want to open a dedicated phone number for your business that you only use for your business purposes.
