Your account might have been locked, because despite several requests, you have not confirmed that you have added all the needed materials to last month’s bookkeeping by the due date (21st of the following month). This means that you cannot use the service normally (for example, cannot create invoices) until you have confirmed that all the necessary materials (vouchers, receipts, sales reports etc.) for last month have been added to the service. Your account will be unlocked as soon as you confirm the previous voucher period. So what do you need to do:
- Check that all the necessary material has been added to your bookkeeping
- Check the incomplete incomes and expenses (these are mentioned in your dashboard) and do what is asked to do
- When everything is done, confirm that the month is ready and press the button on your dashboard
- After this, you can use your account normally
This confirmation process is required so that we can do your VAT and tax returns. Monthly confirmations also help you to monitor your company’s financial situation in real time.
